Olive oil bottling is one of the most important phases in the complex sequence which leads to our excellent-quality Italian olive oil.
In fact, if the olive oil is not bottled and hermetically plugged immediately after the milling, it tends to modify its most important characteristic and to lose its natural flavour. This is due to the olive oil oxidation.
In our farm, we have a modern bottling system.
This guarantees that our products are bottled immediately after milling to preserve their flavour.
Our bottling system works with bottles sized from 0.25 to 10 litres.
